This weighted eye pillow is handcrafted to help with relaxation and rest. It makes a lovely addition to any meditation or restorative yoga practice. 
 
All eye pillows are made from 100% cotton, and filled with rice and botanicals including lavender and chamomile, as well as lavender essential oil to help promote relaxation. They can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer as well.

Each eye pillow measures about 9 inches by 4.5 inches (measurements may vary slightly given that each item is hand sewn).
